Stegra.io Simplified Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Stegra.io! When you use our app for planning and navigating routes, you're agreeing to our rules. Here’s what you need to know:
Using Stegra.io:
You get a personal license to use our app. This means you can use it for yourself but can't share it with others in a way not allowed or make money from it.
Your Content:
If you upload anything (like routes, photos or comments), you’re giving us permission to use it to improve Stegra.io. You also promise that what you upload is okay to share and doesn’t break any laws or rights.
Data Collection:
When you save recorded rides using the app's navigation feature, you agree to let us collect and use your location and movement data. This data is important for your personal history within the app and to enhance our services. We promise to handle your data securely and confidentially in line with our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property:
We own or have rights to everything in the app, and you can’t use it beyond what’s allowed by us.
No Guarantees:
We provide Stegra.io “as is” and can’t promise it will be perfect or without errors. We also can’t guarantee that our maps and data are 100% accurate or up to date. Always ride safely and follow local laws.
Your Responsibilities:
You’re responsible for how you use Stegra.io, including following the law and being respectful of others and the environment.
Subscription Plans:
We offer different subscription plans which renew automatically. You can cancel anytime, but refunds are limited.
Changes and Cancellations:
We might change or cancel parts of our service, but we’ll try to let you know when we do.
Legal Stuff:
Our terms are guided by the laws of where we operate. If you have any issues, that’s where any legal disputes will be handled.
Agreement:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
Welcome to our application Stegra.io ("the service”, “the app”, "the application", "Stegra", “Stegra.io”, “we” or "us"). These terms and conditions of use ("Terms") apply to your use of the application. By using the application, you("you" or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms.
LICENSE GRANT
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your personal, non-commercial use.
USER CONTENT AND DATA
Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with the service and our business.
You affirm and guarantee that your User Content does not violate any rights of third parties, such as intellectual property rights or privacy rights, and that you possess all the required rights and permissions to submit your User Content. Stegra reserves the right to remove any content that could violate the regulations, as well as to terminate user accounts in cases of repeated violations.
GPS NAVIGATION ANS DATA COLLECTION
We utilize GPS-position to provide you with navigation and position data within the app, upon your consent.
By saving recorded rides using the navigation feature in the app, you consent to the collection and use of your location and movement data. This data is essential for your personal history within the application. We also use this data to improve our services. We commit to handling your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, ensuring its security and confidentiality.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The application including functionality and all content and materials contained therein, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, are owned by us or our data sources and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content from the service without our prior written consent.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We together with our data and functional sources disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for data loss or inability to use the service. The User is responsible for using the service and the output in a responsible and law-abiding way, as we, our data and functions and our data or function sources do not guarantee the service functionality, data quality or data.
We do not guarantee that the functionality, map data or other data provided by the service or licensors is up-to-date and in line with real-time updates in the road network, traffic rules or other laws or regulations. Thus, the user has full responsibility to always obey local laws and regulations and use caution when using the data provided by the services.
As passionate riders, we expect our users to embrace their role in caring for our environment, local customs. roads, and the well-being of fellow humans and animals, fostering a culture of responsible adventure riding.
You may be exposed to content posted by other users. Content posted by other users may be perceived as offensive, derogatory, offensive or illegal. As a user, you are obliged to report that type of content to support@stegra.io.
SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
We offer three subscription plans:
- Monthly Subscription: Billed on a monthly basis.
- Seasonal Subscription: Billed every six months.
- Yearly Subscription: Billed annually.
Payment and Billing
2.1 Payment: Subscription fees are paid in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
2.2 Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it. By providing your payment information and subscribing to our services, you authorize us to renew your subscription and charge the fees accordingly.
2.3 Fee Changes: We may adjust subscription fees, but any changes will only apply upon renewal and will be notified in advance.
CANCELLATION
You have the freedom to cancel your subscription anytime. To cancel, simply visit the "Manage Account" section on our website and navigate to "Manage Subscription." There you will find the cancellation instructions. Please note that cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
REFUNDS
Refunds for subscription fees are generally not provided, except where required by applicable law.
ACCOUNT ACCESS
By subscribing, you gain access to our services during the subscription term. Please keep your account information secure and ensure that only authorized individuals use your account.
CHANGES TO SERVICES
We reserve the right to make changes, suspend, or discontinue parts of our services without prior notice. However, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of any significant service changes.
USER LICENSE
We reserve the right to change license content and charge rate at any time for any reason or no reason. We may terminate your license to use the service at any time for any reason or no reason. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the service.
MODIFICATIONS
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on the service. Your continued use of the service after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
